Ksenyamget is Potawatomi for Cold Weather, a perfect word for this outfit. Designed specifically for Kewanee's cold weather wardrobe, the fabrics reflect a Native design and pattern. The hood is lined with soft to the touch faux fur, and if you pull Kewanee's hands together the fur-lined sleeve openings will for a muff for those cold winter adventures. Notice the opening in the nap of the neck of the hood to allow for Kewanee's hair to be pulled through allowing for her head to fit nicely.
The sleeves are lined with the same material found on the hood outer and pants. The pants have a detail running on the sides to coordinate with the colors found in the top. The faux lavender leather cording makes for a perfect zipper pull with hung with matching beads. A head band of the same and ties for the shoes pulls this pop of soft color throughout. The white leather pucker-toe moccasins are made using a historical pattern and accented with matching bead detail.
Very limited quantity each sewn with attention to detail. Comes signed and numbered with copy of original concept sketch. One week lead time needed.
